Through the Community Connections Help Line, you can connect to a wide range of services. Available to everyone, Community Connections can match you with services that can help you live a healthier life.  Peer Coaches will listen to your challenges and can refer you to more than 1.2 million resources – available nationally or right in your community.

  • Financial Assistance (Utility, Rental)
  • Food Assistance
  • Transportation
  • Support groups for medical and non- medical needs
  • Disability related services
  • Benefit explanation
  • Help finding a provider
  • Assistance for caregivers coordinating with member care
  • Help with power of attorney

You can call the CAL toll-free at 1-866-775-2192. Staff is available to help you Monday– Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For those who are deaf or hard of hearing, the CAL also offers video relay chat. The video relay number is 1-855-628-7552.
