Si no puede dejar de fumar \u00a1Pida ayuda a un m\u00e9dico o enfermera para dejar de fumar! Es lo mejor para seguir amamantando. La lactancia materna puede proteger a su beb\u00e9 de SIDS y otros problemas de salud. Aseg\u00farese de fumar lejos de su beb\u00e9, y cambiarse de ropa para mantener a su beb\u00e9 lejos de los productos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n<p>Trate de mantenerse lejos del alcohol.
